Ma Contingent Fee Agreement

A fee agreement containing a statement in which the client, by signing, expressly confirms that the lawyer has declared that there are provisions of the fee agreement clearly identified by the lawyer that differ from, or substantially supplement those contained in forms A or B and that supplement them, meets the “confirmed in writing” requirement. (6) [IF APPLICABLE] If the agency relationship ends before the end of the proceedings for any reason, the lawyer may request payment for the work performed and the costs advanced before termination. . . .
