About me

I'm currently an Associate Professor in Department of Computer Engineering Faculty of Enginering. I was born in A. Phan, Chiang Rai and finished M3 at Sirimart Tehvi School. Then, I went to continue my studies at Montfort College in Chiang Mai. Later, I was awarded the Thai Government Scholarship to study Computer Engineering in the States. I received Bachelor of Science with University and College honors in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Minor in Computer Science) at Carnegie Mellon University Then, I went to do Master and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. The thesis title is Methods for Efficient Storage and Indexing in XML Databases. I also got opportunities to do internships in the IBM Toronto Software Lab, IBM Almaden Research Lab in California, and IBM T.J. Watson Research Lab in New York.
